  • Pancake Directions: 

    -2 cups mix

    -1 1/3 cup of cold water

    -Optional: 1 egg or 2 tbsp of melted butter or oil 

    -Preheat non-stick or lightly-greased griddle to 350°F. Whisk ingredients together until batter is smooth. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto hot, lightly-greased griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break over the surface and edges appear dry. Flip and brown the other side. 

    Waffle Directions:

    -2 cups mix

    -1 ½ cup of cold water

    -2 tbsp melted butter or vegetable oil

    -2 eggs

    -Preheat waffle iron. Whisk ingredients until batter is smooth. Pour batter onto hot, lightly-greased or non-stick waffle iron and bake according to waffle iron manufacturers directions.
