  • Before Lighting

    • Trim the wick to ¼ inch (6 mm) before each burn to prevent soot and ensure an even flame.

    • Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, pets, and flammable objects.

    During Burning

    • Allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the surface (usually 2–4 hours) to prevent tunneling.

    • Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

    • Keep the wick centered and upright while burning.

    After Burning

    • Extinguish the flame gently (use a snuffer if possible).

    • Let wax fully cool before relighting.

    • Re-trim the wick before the next burn.

    Safety

    • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

    • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

    • Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.
